Arthur Beale Class on Splicing Modern Ropes

Modern ropes such as Dyneema and Technora are many times stronger than steel but they are weakened by up to 70% if they are tied in a knot so they are always best spliced. This class will show you how to make a Dyneema strop or a soft shackle to take away. Entry £12.50 (High load eyes will be charged at cost if you want to incorporate it into your strop). Come and learn to splice three strand rope at Arthur Beale. You will be shown how to make your own dog lead or lanyard that you can take away.
